Individual Therapy

My approach is collaborative and tailored to you. We'll work with your strengths, make room for every part of who you are, and build toward a life that feels genuinely yours. During our first session, we will decide together which approaches will be best for your needs. I am trained in CBT, ACT, EMDR, Motivational Interviewing, and Harm Reduction, giving you access to a range of options. Most folks I work with start to feel the benefit of support within the first month, and sustained change after. Whether you're carrying exhaustion from being misunderstood, navigating a transition, or simply ready to feel more like yourself, you deserve a space that doesn't ask you to defend or minimize parts of yourself.

Couples and Marriage Counseling

In couples work, my goal is to help you and your partner communicate more honestly, repair what's been strained, and build a connection that honors both of you exactly as you are. I create a space where every part of your relationship can be spoken about openly, without judgment or the need to fit a mold. I specialize in supporting folks navigating polyamory, ethical nonmonogamy, and kink dynamics, and work with a variety of relationship structures. Together, we'll untangle the patterns that keep you stuck and work toward greater authenticity, resilience, and connection with what matters most to you both.

Beyond Blood: LGBTQ+ Family Estrangement Support Group

Family estrangement is a grief that doesn't get a funeral. No one says the right things and there isn’t finality to the loss in the same way. And when you're Queer, that loss can carry its own weight, the ache of being unseen by the people who were supposed to see you first.

Beyond Blood is a small, facilitated support group for LGBTQ+ adults navigating estrangement from family. Not a place to "fix" your family. Not a place to be told how to feel. A place to be met and heard.

For many members, the first thing that shows up is relief. No explaining, no defending, no translating. Just recognition.

Over the weeks, you might notice:

  • You feel less alone. Hearing someone else describe a holiday table they didn't sit at, or a name they don't get called, or a milestone that passed without recognition. You start to finally see your story in others.

  • You are more understood. The particular grief of chosen family not being the same, of wanting love from people who can't give it, and often time the grief of loving them anyway.

  • You feel a little more steady. Learning to name what you're feeling (the anger, the longing, the guilt, the relief) and finding it is finally feeling a little less overwhelming.

  • You have room to be honest. You finally have space to express the complicated parts. Openly, with people who get it.

Wherever you are in your journey, you get a space where you are finally seen, however you are showing up.

In collaboration with Integrative Therapy Center: Beyond Blood is an open processing group held weekly on Zoom on Wednesdays from 6pm - 7pm EST for folks in New York and Florida.
