You may be someone who is looking for therapy to explore your relationship with your gender or sexual identity. Or maybe you want to work with someone who knows your identity is only a part of your whole experience. As a person who identifies and nonbinary and a lesbian, I am passionate about providing truly affirming care, wherever you are in your identity process.
We'll work toward authenticity, resilience, and a life that feels genuinely yours, without ever asking you to make yourself smaller. If you're tired of being misunderstood, this is a safe space for you.

If you're newly opening your relationship or you're navigating years-long diverse relationships, I view my role as supporting the relationship you want to have, free of judgment.
Together we'll explore attachment patterns, communication, jealousy, and what's actually underneath the surface of your disagreements. We'll build relationships and agreements that reflect your values rather than someone else's script. No explaining, defending, or minimizing required.

Being neurodivergent in a world built for neurotypical brains is exhausting, and being queer and neurodivergent comes with its own layer of masking and burnout. I work with ADHD and neurodivergent adults on the patterns that show up in daily life life executive functioning, rejection sensitivity, sensory overload, and the shame that often times accompanies your experience. Together we'll build practical systems that fit how your brain actually works, from managing time and focus to navigating the day to day while building sustainable habits. You'll get affirming, non-judgmental support that works with you instead of trying to force it into someone else's mold.

I provide gender affirming care letters and assessments for trans and nonbinary folks across New York and Florida with the understanding that this should be the easiest part of your journey, not another hurdle. My approach is affirming, collaborative, and grounded in your lived experience rather than a checklist of gatekeeping. I'll work with you and your care team to get you the documentation you need, clearly and without unnecessary delay. Let's make this process as smooth and affirming as possible.

Estrangement from family is often a survival move, not a failure. The grief, relief, and complicated in between feelings are all valid. I work with LGBTQ+ folks navigating estrangement, cutoff, or boundary-setting with family of origin, helping you make sense of what happened and what you want next. We'll process the grief, protect your peace, and support you in moving forward.
I also facilitate Beyond Blood, an open weekly support group for LGBTQ+ folks who are estranged from their families of origin. You don't have to carry this alone. Head to “Services” for more.

Trauma can leave you feeling like you're always bracing for impact, but healing is possible, and you don't have to do it alone. I use EMDR, trauma focused therapy, and mindfulness based approaches to help you process traumatic memories and the patterns they left behind. We'll work at a pace that feels safe for you, building on your strengths while gently challenging what no longer serves you. You deserve a life that doesn't revolve around what happened to you.
