Meet the Team

Stacy Baum, Founder

I founded this practice on a simple belief, you shouldn’t have to teach your therapist about your identity before your work can begin. For too long, queer and trans folks have had to work harder just to be understood in therapy, and my goal is to change that. My vision is accessible, affirming care where every part of who you are is welcome in the room, and where healing doesn't require fitting anyone else's mold. If you're here for yourself or with a partner, this is a space built for you to be exactly who you are. It’s a privilege to serve my community.

Toby, CFO Probably

Every practice needs a solid support system. Ours happens to steal my desk chair conveniently before session. Toby oversees the budget, probably, and keeps things running.

Okay, he doesn’t do all that, but look how cute he is.

Charles, Personality Hire

Charles handles morale and client intake via enthusiastic meowing. He is all personality and does almost nothing else for the business. We love him anyway.
